The Office of Intramural Training and Education is pleased to offer “Planning for Career Satisfaction and Success”, the first workshop in the 2009/2010 Career Decisions 101 workshop series. This series seeks to provide guidance to trainees making critical career decisions. Workshop: Planning for Career Satisfaction and Success
Description: The goal of this workshop is to help participants understand how their personal interests, skills, and values contribute to future success. Topics to be covered include the importance of career decision making, learning styles, self-assessment, transferrable skills, defining success, personal needs, work/life balance, and defining short-term and long-term goals.
