Seminar: Careers in Science and Management Consulting

Description: Did you know that you can use your problem-solving skills as a consultant? You will be leaving blots and PCR behind, but the analytical skills you learned as a graduate student or postdoc are highly desired in the consulting field. This seminar is for those who are interested in understanding what science and management consulting is. The panel will discuss the daily activities and responsibilities of consultants. Attendees will learn about the advantages of and process for transitioning to a consulting career, the lifestyle of a consultant, and the interview process.  This event is sponsored by FELCOM.
