This academic year, the OITE is presenting a series of seminars and workshops to help you better prepare for your job search.  The Career Advancement Toolkit contains three different tracks that you may choose to participate in:  an Academic Job Track, an Industry Job Track, and a Career Decisions 101 Track.  The Academic and Industry tracks will be geared toward trainees actually in the job search process while the Career Decisions Track will provide information on deciding on the right career for you.  We strongly encourage all trainees to review the information on these tracks at the Career Advancement Toolkit Website: http://www.training.nih.gov/trainees/toolkit/ and decide which series is most appropriate for you to attend.  We intend to offer these series yearly for those of you who plan ahead.
