Where is it?
Building 10, Room 6S235A: Take the main elevators (closest to the “old side”) to the 6th floor. Adjacent to the elevators is an empty reception desk. Behind the desk is room 6S235A, marked with a sign for the Graduate Student Lounge. You NIH badge will unlock the door. If your badge does not open the door, contact Adrian Warren at warrenad@od.nih.gov for access.
What will I find there?
The Lounge is equipped with a projector and screen for presentations; a television; microwave; an Apple computer and a printer; and tables, chairs, and armchairs. It also has a great view of the NIH campus and Bethesda. Please contact a student on the GSC or email GSCcochair@od.nih.gov to access the projector and obtain cables for the printer.
Lounge Rules:
- Log off the computer when you are through.
- Clean up after yourself.
- Graduate student meetings have priority for the use of the Lounge.

Systems Neuroscience Interest Group – 1st Thursday of the month, 4pm
Ox Cam Journal Club – 2nd Monday, 5pm
Biophysics and Structural Biology Interest Group – 2nd and 4th Thursday, 1pm
Individual Partnership Student Lunches – last Friday of the month, 12:30pm (or outdoors in case of nice weather)
