Graduate students wishing to create an Individual Partnership should only complete the registration form if the following items have been fulfilled.  All other submissions will be considered incomplete.

• Obtain permission from your graduate program to perform dissertation research at NIH
• Obtain an offer to train at the NIH from an NIH investigator  

There is no registration fee for the GPP registration.
